Financing Options

SBA Loans

SBA-guaranteed loans are made by participating lenders, not directly by the SBA. They can support longer-term business needs and involve detailed eligibility and documentation review.

Product Overview

Capital with a clear purpose

Qualifying small businesses with a sound purpose and demonstrated repayment ability that can support a more comprehensive application process.

Synergy Capital helps business owners explore financing options and understand the structure presented. Synergy Capital is not affiliated with or endorsed by the U.S. Small Business Administration. Availability, amounts, pricing, and terms depend on lender underwriting and approval and are not guaranteed.

01

How it works

The SBA guarantees a portion of an eligible loan issued by a participating lender. The 7(a) program covers a range of purposes; 504 financing supports major fixed assets through Certified Development Companies; microloans provide smaller amounts through intermediary lenders.

02

Repayment

Terms vary by program, use of proceeds, and lender. Payments and maturities should be evaluated alongside the asset or business purpose. SBA eligibility does not eliminate lender underwriting, collateral analysis, or guaranty requirements.

03

Cost

Rates and fees depend on the program and loan. Review the note, guarantee-related fees, closing expenses, and prepayment rules. Use official SBA resources to understand program parameters rather than assuming every SBA loan has the same pricing.

Common business uses

A sound use of proceeds connects the financing to a specific operating need and a credible repayment plan.

Longer-term investment

Finance qualifying real estate, equipment, or improvements with an appropriate term.

Working capital or acquisition

Explore eligible 7(a) uses with complete financial and transaction documentation.

Smaller financing needs

Consider microloans through participating intermediary lenders when appropriate.
