Financing Options

Business Line of Credit

A revolving line of credit lets an approved borrower draw, repay, and potentially draw again. It is designed for repeated or uncertain needs rather than one fixed purchase.

Product Overview

Capital with a clear purpose

Businesses that experience recurring timing gaps or want access to capital without taking a full lump sum on day one.

Synergy Capital helps business owners explore financing options and understand the structure presented. Availability, amounts, pricing, and terms depend on underwriting and the funder’s approval and are not a guarantee of funding.

01

How it works

A lender establishes a credit limit. You request draws within that limit, and available credit may replenish as principal is repaid. Review whether the line is revolving, when it matures, and whether the lender can reduce or freeze availability.

02

Repayment

Each draw may have its own schedule, or the account may have a common repayment cycle. Some structures require weekly or monthly payments. Understand minimum payments, outstanding principal, and any requirement to pay the line down periodically.

03

Cost

Interest is generally charged on the outstanding balance, but the full cost may also include draw, annual, maintenance, or inactivity fees. Compare the fee schedule and rate type, not just the advertised interest rate.

Common business uses

A sound use of proceeds connects the financing to a specific operating need and a credible repayment plan.

Recurring shortfalls

Cover a modest gap while receivables are pending, then repay when cash arrives.

Seasonal expenses

Draw for inventory or staffing needs instead of carrying a lump sum year-round.

Opportunistic purchases

Access funds for a defined opportunity after checking the draw and repayment terms.

Diligence

What to review in the agreement

These questions help you compare actual obligations, not just headline amounts. Request the final documents and take time to review them before signing.

Applying or calling does not guarantee approval or funding. By submitting an application or contacting us, you consent to be contacted by Synergy Capital and its funding partners by phone, text, email, or other means at the numbers and addresses you provide, including by autodialed or prerecorded messages where permitted by law. Message and data rates may apply; consent is not a condition of purchase. Applying involves a soft credit inquiry, which does not affect your credit score. A funding partner may perform additional verification, which can include a hard inquiry, before final approval. See Terms & Disclosures and Privacy Policy.
