Invoice & Receivables Financing

Turn eligible unpaid business invoices into earlier access to cash. The strength and payment behavior of your customers can matter alongside your own business profile.

Product Overview

Capital with a clear purpose

Business-to-business companies with outstanding invoices and a timing gap between delivering work and receiving customer payment.

Synergy Capital helps business owners explore financing options and understand the structure presented. Availability, amounts, pricing, and terms depend on underwriting and the funder’s approval and are not a guarantee of funding.

01

How it works

Invoice financing uses receivables to support an advance or credit facility. In factoring, the business sells invoices to a factor, which may collect directly from the customer. An advance rate, reserve, and final settlement determine the cash flow.

02

Repayment

Repayment or settlement generally follows collection of the financed invoice. Recourse terms determine whether you must repurchase or replace an invoice if the customer does not pay. Notification and control of customer payments differ by agreement.

03

Cost

Fees may depend on how long an invoice remains outstanding and can include discount, service, wire, or minimum-volume charges. Calculate cost using realistic customer payment dates rather than invoice terms alone.

Common business uses

A sound use of proceeds connects the financing to a specific operating need and a credible repayment plan.

Cover work already completed

Access cash for payroll or materials while awaiting payment on eligible invoices.

Support larger contracts

Finance the next phase of work without waiting for every prior customer to pay.

Reduce timing pressure

Align incoming cash with regular operating expenses when customer terms are extended.

Diligence

What to review in the agreement

These questions help you compare actual obligations, not just headline amounts. Request the final documents and take time to review them before signing.

Applying or calling does not guarantee approval or funding. By submitting an application or contacting us, you consent to be contacted by Synergy Capital and its funding partners by phone, text, email, or other means at the numbers and addresses you provide, including by autodialed or prerecorded messages where permitted by law. Message and data rates may apply; consent is not a condition of purchase. Applying involves a soft credit inquiry, which does not affect your credit score. A funding partner may perform additional verification, which can include a hard inquiry, before final approval. See Terms & Disclosures and Privacy Policy.
