U.S. News & World Report recently gave Texas high marks for our economy and the fiscal stability of state government. All positive — except it wasn’t. The same report pointed to the worsening — and in some cases, worst-in-the-nation — commutes in some Texas cities. Overall, Texas ranked 49 in the report’s infrastructure category.
