Allegiant Air is about to have some competition as it prepares to debut Raleigh-Durham International Airport’s first nonstop flight to New Orleans.
Dallas-based Southwest Airlines announced Wednesday it is adding its own nonstop service between the two airports. The flight will run Fridays and Sundays, starting April 30, according to RDU. And it will operate on a B-737.
