I love hatchbacks like Mazda3, in fact I own one.

I purchased a used 2005 after growing fond of Mazda’s little hatch (it also comes as a sedan) during a number of test drives and deciding it was time to retire my Toyota Corolla.

It doesn’t match the sales volume of Corolla or Honda Civic, but the reasons I chose the Mazda still apply: It’s affordable, more fun to drive than most compacts, the interior looks sharp and technology is up to date.
