Atlanta motorists are being forced to deal with a highway infrastructure failure for the second time in less a month.

A segment of Interstate 20 westbound between Candler and Gresham roads buckled on Monday morning, shutting down all lanes of westbound traffic. The buckling likely was caused by a problem with an underground utility installation, according to a statement released by the Georgia Department of Transportation (DOT).
