BRUSSELS (Reuters) – EU antitrust regulators vetoed the proposed 29-billion-euro ($31.3 billion) merger of Deutsche Boerse and the London Stock Exchange on Thursday, derailing the companies’ latest attempt to create Europe’s biggest stock exchange.
