For those in the business of selling cars and trucks, the next few days can make or break their year.

The Niagara Frontier Automobile Dealers Association annual auto show, which begins Thursday in the Buffalo Niagara Convention Center, is credited for sparking interest in car sales, especially during the traditionally lucrative spring months.

“Dealers realize what a catalyst the show is, especially for the next 30 or 60 days,” said Trey Barrett, the dealer’s association longtime show manager.
