A planned overhaul of Interstate 94 around Brooklyn Center will begin today, weeks ahead of schedule, as crews take advantage of a warmer-than-usual start to spring.
The Star Tribune has an update on the construction, which will close two eastbound lanes between the I-94 and I-694 split to the junction of Hwy. 252. (MnDOT officials are advising people to expect delays, but you probably already expected that.)
The shutdowns will last for two weeks.
