David Chang, who previously led the PayPal Boston office and has been an entrepreneur-in-residence at Harvard Business School, has a new job.

Chang said Monday that he’ll be the new executive chairman of Feelter, a retail technology startup based in Israel that announced it raised $2 million in Series A funding. The investment was led by Will Graylin, global co-general manager of Samsung Pay and founder of Burlington LoopPay.
