Dallas-based Texas Central Partners LLC announced Feb. 7 it has withdrawn itself from 17 court disputes with landowners along the proposed high-speed rail corridor between Dallas and Houston.

The announcement comes as the company behind the high-speed rail says it has reached agreements on 30 percent of the land parcels estimated for the project.
