Benchmark Capital is suing Uber and its former CEO Travis Kalanick for fraud, alleging Kalanick worked to “increase his power over Uber for his own selfish ends” in attempts to wrest back control of the board to mount a comeback.
Benchmark filed the complaint Thursday in the Court of Chancery in Delaware, according to a document obtained by Axios, which first reported the lawsuit.
