A 16-story office tower and a 10-story hotel next to the Dunwoody MARTA station will advance to the City Council with certain conditions.
The Dunwoody Planning Commission voted 3-1 Tuesday for the transit-oriented plan by Trammell Crow Co. at 1134 Hammond Drive, Reporter Newspapers reported.
