More than 3,000 ballots were cast as of Tuesday morning in the first of a series of votes to expand Kansas City’s streetcar south.
By 2 p.m. Tuesday, walk-in voters had cast 127 more ballots. On Monday, the Jackson County Circuit Court received 175 in the mail. The court said it was waiting to receive more mail-in ballots from the weekend.
