Delta Air Lines (NYSE: DAL) started its test program for streamlining its boarding process Friday at Atlanta’s Hartsfield–Jackson International Airport.
The airline said that Phase 1 of this three-month pilot project will be deployed at the T1, T2 and T3 gates inside the company’s home-base airport. Phase 1 of the program is “designed to enhance the gate experience and streamline the boarding process,” Delta said in a press release.
