Uber Technologies Inc. is considering General Electric Co. Chairman Jeffrey Immelt as a potential candidate for CEO, Bloomberg reports.

Meanwhile, another rumored frontrunner, Hewlett-Packard CEO Meg Whitman, tweeted late Thursday that she’s “not going anywhere. Uber’s CEO will not be Meg Whitman.”

Bloomberg cited two sources familiar with the matter as saying Immelt is now on Uber’s narrowing list of potential CEO candidates being considered as replacements for its ousted CEO Travis Kalanick.
