Delta Air Lines Inc. (NYSE: DAL) deepened its international footprint Thursday, announcing that it acquired 10 percent equity in a joint venture with the Air France-KLM Group.
Delta said its €375 million ($437,115,000) investment gets the equity, plus a seat on the Air France-KLM Group Board of Directors, according to a press release
