Beth’s Barricades, the traffic control and safety company founded in 2005 and headquartered in Gibsonia, has been acquired by RoadSafe Traffic Systems.
Financial terms of the deal weren’t announced.
Beth’s Barricades offers traffic control products and services in Pennsylvania and Maryland, according to its website. A news release announcing the acquisition said the company’s management team and employees will join RoadSafe Traffic Systems.
