A planned expansion of Baltimore’s bike share program has been pushed back until September due to an equipment delay.
James Decker, the city’s bike share coordinator in the Department of Transportation, said in an email the expansion was put on hold after a manufacturer in New York became backed up and could not produce a necessary component that goes into the bikes.
