A Lockland food service company that failed to report cash transactions of more than $500,000 and violated trucking safety regulations agreed to pay a substantial fine as part of a plea deal in federal court.

Enson Trading LLC, which does business as Eternal Food Service, pleaded guilty in U.S. District Court in Cincinnati to failing to file required IRS forms for cash transactions exceeding $10,000 and to violating federal motor carrier safety regulations.
