On Monday, Raleigh-Durham International Airport presents its plan to finance a massive revamp– one that includes a new 10,000-foot runway.
Up for review at the public workshop will be the proposed Vision2040 finance plan that staff presented to the RDU Airport Authority in June. The plan calls for adding nearly $700 million in debt over the next two decades to pay for the project.
