Every year, the many distribution companies in and around Louisville compete to find workers to handle the holiday rush.
One of them is getting an early start.
Radial Inc., a Pennsylvania-based e-commerce company, plans to hire an additional 3,750 workers for its fulfillment centers in Louisville and Shepherdsville. It also plans to hire 4,100 additional workers for its two fulfillment centers in Northern Kentucky.
