Honolulu rail authority open to settlement in lawsuit with Blood Bank of Hawaii

The rail authority wants to purchase a 10-12 foot strip of land in front of the Blood Bank of Hawaii to in order to widen Dillingham Boulevard when rail construction makes its way to the area.
