While air travel is a marvel, it also can provide headaches. One such frustration to many travelers is when their luggage gets misplaced, damaged or delayed.
U.S. airlines have a range of results when it comes to passengers filing reports of mishandled baggage, according to a report from the U.S. Department of Transportation, which examined the percentage of mishandled baggage for U.S. airlines in March 2017. Its Air Travel Consumer Report was released last month.
