Real estate investment trust Store Capital on Monday announced Berkshire Hathway has taken a 9.8 percent stake in the company.
Warren Buffett’s Berkshire invested $377 million in the company. Store Capital issued 18.6 million shares of stock in a private placement to a subsidiary of Berkshire at $20.25 per share.
