Disgraced former Philadelphia Parking Authority leader Vince Fenerty Jr. may want to sock away his $227,000 comp time payout.

U.S. District Judge Michael Baylson denied the PPA’s efforts to dismiss a civil lawsuit filed against the agency by more than 100 cab companies alleging unequal treatment and turned down Fenerty’s request to be protected from liability in the case.

The decision could prove costly for the ex-PPA executive director and the Authority.
