Portland officials plan to reveal the extension of the popular Biketown program’s route on Thursday.
The program, backed by Nike (NYSE: NKE) and Kaiser, will expand its service area in several directions. Overlook residents will now have access to it as will more Concordia and Alberta Street denizens, in North and Northeast Portland, respectively.
In Southeast Portland, the borders are expanding to include more of the Brooklyn and Hawthorne areas, among other spots.
