Amtrak is suing Washington, D.C.’s Union Station over Delta Air Lines Inc. advertisements inside the station, NBCWashington.com reports.

The transit agency is demanding the removal of the Delta ads, according to the report.

Amtrak said its lease prohibits Union Station from allowing competitors — including Delta — to advertise inside. Amtrak said it competes with Delta for passengers, including in the Northeast.

A court hearing on the matter is scheduled for Friday.
