Honolulu rail officials invited local media to a clearance testing for the structure’s first rail train near the future West Loch rail station at Farrington Highway and Leoku Street in Waipahu on Monday
It was the first time the Honolulu Authority for Rapid Transportation’s train was on the elevated guideway. HART officials towed the train from the Rail Operations Center to the West Lock Station to ensure that it cleared obstacles or structures that might be along the corridor.
