The state of Missouri is poised to receive $30 million in federal grants to improve rail safety and efficiency, Sen. Roy Blunt’s office announced Friday.
St. Louis will receive $18,869,888, and Kansas City will get $12,024,877 from the U.S. Department of Transportation for positive train control programs.
