Officials from St. Louis County, St. Clair County and St. Louis city have signed a memo of understanding outlining plans to improve security on the MetroLink line.
St. Louis County Executive Steve Stenger, St. Clair County Chairman Mark Kern and St. Louis Mayor Lyda Krewson have forwarded the memo on to Bi-State Development President and CEO John Nations for his signature.
