Air Canada will launch nonstop flights between Denver and Vancouver, Canada, on Thursday, with twice-daily service over the summer.

The new flights — announced in December– will boost service to Denver International Airport’s second-most-popular Canadian destination, after Toronto, airport officials said.

United Airlines — DIA’s No. 1 carrier — already offers nonstop flights between Denver and the Canadian West Coast city.

Vancouver also is Denver’s seventh-largest international market.…
