Developer Craig Slawson has gobbled up 10 historic buildings and four parking lots to achieve his vision of what he’s calling Delaware Landing.
Slawson’s Epoch Developments plans a high-rise hotel, three five-story buildings on former parking lots, structured parking, an indoor market and upgrades to the 111 lofts in the old brick structures. Epoch also wants to find the right mix of restaurants, boutique shops and other tenants to fill soon-to-be-vacant street-level spaces.
