Westbound Interstate 44 between Interstate 270 and Gray Summit will reopen before rush hour Thursday, the Missouri Department of Transportation said.
However, the Soccer Park and Highway 141 ramps will remain closed, according to the agency.
It remains unclear when eastbound I-44 will reopen, according to MoDOT.
