Seattle-Tacoma International Airport is spending $38 million on a new concourse building that includes gates where buses will pick up and drop off passengers parked at remotely parked aircraft.

The new Concourse D Hardstand Terminal building will be approximately 32,400 square feet and include up to seven gate-like areas.
