Oregon-based auto retailer Lithia Motors on Monday said it acquired a Pittsburgh-area auto group in a move that continues the company’s eastward expansion.
Lithia (NYSE: LAD), based in Medford, reached a deal for Cranberry Township, Pa.-based Baierl Auto Group, the third-largest auto dealership in the Pittsburgh region. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
