PSA Airlines has found a new talent pool as it looks to hire hundreds of pilots in a strained recruiting environment.
The Dayton-based regional airline that flies for American Airlines has signed an agreement with SkyWarrior Inc. to launch a recruiting pipeline to bring former military helicopter pilots into commercial aviation to fly its aircraft. The airline says it is contributing up to $23,000 toward training at Pensacola-based SkyWarrior for those pilots.
