Schweiss Doors has long held its reputation for making big, oversize doors. With the patented hydraulic bifold design the company has gone a long way toward making huge openings easy to close. But shipping some of those door parts, and on-site assembly gets pretty cumbersome. Now the company has introduced an innovative Splice Connection that allows the installer to easily slide both hydraulic door sections together and secure corresponding splice plates with bolts. This allows dealers to move doors without dealing with shipping concerns like ‘over-width’ permits, and other issues. And there’s no need to weld on site. Simply push together and bolt. Check out the new Splice Connection.

Sentera, an innovative drone sensor manufacturer, has launched a new Multispectral Double 4K Sensor that offers the ability to capture imagery in five precise spectral bands – blue, green, red, red edge and near-infrared. The sensor allows you to collect visual band imagery as well as vegetation indices based upon the addition of NIR and Red Edge including normalized difference vegetation index and normalized difference vegetation red edge imagery. The product is smaller but offers more than double the spatial resolution of current competitors on the market, according to the company. The sensor is paired with a plug-and-play gimbal for the DJI Inspire 1 platform that actively stabilizes the unit during flight – regardless of drone speed, pitch or yaw. They new sensor integrates with the DJI Inspire 1, Matrice 100, 200 and 600 drone platforms. The product will ship in May. Learn more about the new Multipectral Double 4K Sensor.
