Linda Valdez Thompson has worked in human resources most of her life. That started out with a passion for business, but also a life-long curiosity with psychology. She views human resources as a combination of the two.
“I decided I didn’t want to be a psychologist or psychiatrist after I learned that you have to go through all these assessments,” she laughed. “Besides that, it felt to me that people never resolved their issues. And I’m a more of a, ‘Lets get this thing resolved,’ kind of person.”
