Former-CSX COO and current-United Airlines CEO Oscar Munoz canceled a planned speaking engagement Thursday at the World Affairs Council of Jacksonville, according to the company’s website.

Munoz was supposed to be the keynote speaker for a presentation entitled “The Changing Global Dynamic of Commercial Aviation.”

The cancellation comes after United was pilloried on social media after a passenger was dragged off a plane after refusing to give up his seat on an overbooked flight.
