Years ago, the site was an old Dillon Warehouse. Today, a trailer is parked there, amid piles of gravel and a steel frame. Next year, however, it will be part of Raleigh’s 43,000-square-foot Union Station, a project whose proponents hope will change the city’s skyscape for the better.
