A local partnership is planning an apartment development in Donelson, near the Music City Star rail line.
The Tennessean reports that the group, BNA Investments LLC, has nearly 6.5 acres under contract at 125 Donelson Pike, where it plans a $20 million project with 198 apartment units and commercial space. BNA Investments is comprised of Brandon Plunkett of Forbes Plunkett Development and Nick Adler and Ashley Quinn of Q&A Holdings.
