Former LendingClub CEO Renaud Laplanche launches new online lender

NEW YORK (Reuters) – Renaud Laplanche, who abruptly stepped down as CEO of LendingCLub Corp in May, has launched a new online lender called Upgrade, the company said on Thursday.
