Interstate 85’s collapse March 30 has pointed out flaws in Atlanta’s transportation system, Mayor Kasim Reed told Congress this week.

“The challenge that we’re having in Atlanta with Interstate 85 and its [bridge] collapse really points out that an overall transportation system is needed now more than ever,” Reed told the U.S. House Subcommittee on Highways and Transit, according to WABE.
