Flights between Pittsburgh International Airport and Arnold Palmer Regional Airport in Latrobe won’t start until at least the fall.
The Tribune-Review reported on the delay to the service, which had been planned by a small regional carrier, Southern Airways Express, which also offers flights between Pittsburgh and a number of smaller cities and towns in Pennsylvania including Harrisburg plus Jamestown, N.Y., and Morgantown, W.Va.
