Absent for four years and as controversial as they were despised by drivers, speed and red light cameras will soon make a comeback to Baltimore’s streets.

Mayor Catherine Pugh said Wednesday she was counting on an estimated $5 million in new city revenue from the reinstated program and has added those funds into her preliminary budget for fiscal year 2018.
