Terry Slaybaugh, director of aviation for the Dayton International Airport, said he was disappointed by the ACBJ numbers. But he said they point to a continuing push from the airport — the need to modernize, which is tied to the need to increase the federally-capped passenger facility charge.
“In any event, for our airport the air service is obvious to everyone and we’ve been talking about our strategy to land more capacity here. The infrastructure improvements will start in earnest this summer…
