Hawaiian Airlines and its 670 pilots agreed on a 63-month contract amendment, resulting in a one-time cash payment of $55 million to $60 million, according to a filing the airline made with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on Friday.
Pilots approved the contract amendment outlined in a tentative agreement reached last month between the airline and the Air Line Pilots Association. The amendment takes effect April 1 and expires July 1, 2022.
