House Speaker Paul Ryan went to the White House on Friday to brief President Donald Trump as Republicans scrambled to rally support ahead of a vote on their Obamacare replacement bill.

The GOP plans to vote on the divisive replacement plan in the House of Representatives later Friday, and it is not clear if the party has the support needed to pass it.

At least 32 Republicans have said they will vote “no,” or are leaning toward voting “no,” on the legislation, enough to doom the plan’s passage, according to an NBC News tally. That figure could change throughout the day.
